Michelle is a mother of three with a health & fitness background — and over 10 years of yoga experience. After experiencing the healing and nurturing power of yoga during challenging times, she felt inspired to share the practice with others.
On top of her 200 hour yoga teacher training, Michelle has also completed additional training in yoga for fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain and other conditions.
Weaving the key elements of yoga into each class (Asana, breath, and yogic philosophy), you can expect a holistic and nourishing approach to practice.
